Making updates to our services

To keep everything running smoothly, we sometimes need to carry out essential maintenance on our systems. This might mean that some services are unavailable for a period of time. We try to keep these updates to the early hours of the morning, to avoid you too much disruption.

If we need to make these updates outside of 12am and 5am, we will let you know the details of when these are happening, and which services may be impacted.

Planned Maintenance window

We are carrying out essential maintenance on our app and online service this weekend, which will be unavailable between 2am and 7am on Sunday 22 May. During this time, you may be unable to make purchases online using your card or make a payment to your account using our automated phone service, so please plan ahead.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this might cause.

Additional security steps when making payments via debit card

If you’re making a payment to your Jaja Credit Card by debit card in the app or online servicing, your bank may ask you to complete additional security steps to confirm it’s you making the payment. This is to protect you against fraud and make your payments more secure. You may need a password or code from your bank, or to verify the payment. This might be sent by SMS, email, or provided in an app. If you need more information, please speak to your bank.
