Planned maintenance window

We are carrying out essential maintenance on our app and online service this weekend, which will be unavailable between 1am and 7am on Sunday 24 October. During this time, you may be unable to make purchases using your card online or make a payment to your account using our automated phone service, so please plan ahead.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this might cause.

Known issue: Some customers have not received their monthly paper statement

We are aware that some customers have not received their monthly paper statement during the last week of September 2021. This has resulted in some customers being unaware of their account balance and payment due date.

Please rest assured that the issue is now resolved and impacted customers will receive their paper statements from 13 October 2021 onwards. In the meantime, customers who are registered for the app or online servicing can view their monthly statement online. If you have a Direct Debit in place, this will be unaffected and your payment will still be collected. If you have been affected by this issue and have not been able to make your minimum payment on time, a late payment fee will not be charged this month.

Known issue: Former customers notified of updates to credit file

We are aware that some former customers of the Post Office, Bank of Ireland UK or The AA have received notification that their credit file has been updated, and a new credit card account has been set up with Jaja. This is likely to relate to accounts closed some time ago, before the transfer to Jaja.  This is an issue with one particular credit reference agency.

Please rest assured no new cards have been issued and there is no impact on your credit rating. It may take some time for the correction to take effect. We apologise for any confusion this may have caused.

To keep everything running smoothly, we sometimes need to carry out essential maintenance on our systems. This might mean that some services are unavailable for a period of time. We try to keep these updates to the early hours of the morning, to avoid you too much disruption.

If we need to make these updates outside of 12am and 5am, we will let you know the details of when these are happening, and which services may be impacted.
