Essential maintenance planned this weekend

We are carrying out essential maintenance on our app and online service this weekend, which will be unavailable between 02:00 and 07:00 Sunday 11 April. During this time, you may be unable to make purchases using your card online or make a payment to your account using our automated phone service, so please plan ahead.

Known issue: Notification to former customers

We are aware that some former customers of the Post Office, Bank of Ireland UK or The AA have received notification that their credit file has been updated, and a new credit card account has been set up with Jaja. This is likely to relate to accounts closed some time ago, before the transfer to Jaja.

Please rest assured we are working hard to correct this as soon as possible. We apologise for any confusion this may have caused.

Our service

There are currently no planned upgrades outside of 2am and 5am.

In order to keep our systems up to date and add improvements we sometimes need to carry out essential maintenance in the early hours of the morning to avoid you too much disruption.

When we have essential maintenance planned outside of these times, we will report the specific times of the services affected.
