Paid sick leave
If your sick, you’re off.
Once probation is passed, employees will receive sick pay (including SSP) equivalent to their normal salary for 26 weeks in any period of 52 weeks.
Childbirth & Adoption
Maternity, paternity and adoption leave is available for any employee that has worked with us for more than 13 weeks, before expected date of childbirth or adoption.

We don’t chain you to your desk. You’re free to move around fluidly within the business and pull up the chair you want to sit in. We treat our staff fairly, so you can enjoy flexible start and finish times, as long as you do you control your hours.
