Register to manage your Jaja account in the app or online

Joining us from the AA? Before you log in for the first time, you'll need to register with your new Jaja Credit Card

It couldn’t be simpler to register. Have your Jaja Credit Card and your mobile phone to hand.

You only need to register once – after that you’ll be able to log in online or in the app.

Step 1

Your details

We’ll need your date of birth and some details from your new Jaja Credit Card, including the long card number and expiry date.

Step 2

Verify your phone number

You’ll need to confirm your phone number with a 4-digit verification code we’ll send to you via text message.

If your phone number is different to the one we had linked to your AA Credit Card account, we’ll verify your identity via email instead.

Step 3

Create your login details

Last step is to create your new password and 5-digit passcode you’ll use to log in to the app and online.

Then, choose Continue to login to finish

You're all set!

Once you’ve registered, log in to manage your app or online account wherever and whenever you need.

Activate your card

Get spending in just a few taps

Head to the Card tab and choose Manage cards to activate and start spending!

Forgotten your PIN? Once activated, you’ll be able to view it in the app – you’ll need your CVV to hand.
