Zara joined Jaja Finance in 2019 as Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for driving and executing Jaja’s operating strategy.
She is passionate about building high performing teams who collaborate well to get things right for customers and is focussed on making things simple in the world of credit.
She started her career with Barclaycard as a Business School graduate and in the last 22 years she has led teams across all consumer finance products, especially credit cards and loans. Zara has specialised in Collections, driving operational excellence and delivering transformation across global credit card and banking portfolios.
