Wayne was appointed Chief Technology Officer at Jaja Finance in February 2025. Since joining Jaja Finance in December 2020, Wayne has held pivotal roles, including Chief Information Officer and Director of IT Operations.
In his current role, Wayne is responsible for shaping and executing Jaja’s IT strategy, driving innovation, and staying ahead of technology trends. He focuses on developing a scalable and secure platform that supports the company’s growth and success.
With over 20 years of management experience in technology, Wayne brings a wealth of expertise in team leadership and strategic vision. He is renowned for his hands-on approach in building high-velocity international teams and delivering high-traffic online platforms. His proficiency extends to onshore/offshore development strategies and large-scale infrastructure management.
Before joining Jaja Finance, Wayne held senior international positions across various industries, including aviation, private equity, travel, and e-commerce. His previous roles include positions at Kreditech, Paysbuy (Telenor), HNA Group, and Zuji.
