Francesco was appointed Chief Executive Officer at Jaja Finance in March 2025, after serving as Interim CEO since October 2024. Francesco will drive Jaja Finance’s strategic business plan and create growth opportunities while managing costs and risks.
Francesco joined Jaja in 2022 as Head of Capital Markets before being appointed as CFO in March 2023, and a member of Jaja’s Leadership team, where he played a crucial role in strengthening the company’s financial footing and supporting its strategic initiatives. He has extensive experience across asset-backed securities, structured finance, and investment management.
Before Jaja, Francesco was at Hoist Finance from 2019 to 2022, where he structured the first investment-grade rated securitisation backed by unsecured NPLs and developed a EUR 1bn Pan-European Securitisation Programme, serving as Head of Unsecured Investments and later Head of Investments. Prior to Hoist, Francesco was a Credit Analyst at Moody’s, assigning ratings to bonds backed by various assets across Europe ranging from prime to non-conforming mortgages, auto loans and non-performing loans.
He began his career at Société Générale in Milan, later working in Paris and London first on structured products marketing and later in financial institution coverage. Francesco holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Finance from Bocconi University.
