Manage your account easily in the app

You can find most things you’ll need to manage your account wherever and whenever you choose in our handy mobile app. Check your balance, make payments and even add additional cardholders.

Reporting your card lost or stolen, or spotted a transaction you don't recognise?

Head to the Card tab in the app or online to freeze your card temporarily and stop it being used. You can also report your card lost or stolen, and arrange for a replacement to be sent out in just a few taps.
