Reporting your card lost or stolen, or an unusual transaction?
Our priority is keeping you and your money safe, so if you don’t recognise a transaction on your account or you think your card is lost or stolen, please contact us as soon as possible. In the meantime, we strongly recommend you freeze your card to stop it being used. Simply choose the Freeze button on Card tab.
