Your account must have a zero balance before we can action your request to close it. You can check this in your app or online, and make any payments required. It may take a couple of days for your payment to hit your account, so make sure it’s showing as £0.00 before you submit your request.
Head to the More section in your mobile app, choose Help and then select Chat. Tell us you’d like to close your account and we’ll take care of it.
