Asda Money Credit Card 12 Days of Christmas 2023 promotion terms and conditions (“Terms”)

1. The Promotion

  1. The promoter is Jaja Finance Ltd, issuer of the Asda Money Credit Card and Asda Select Credit Card (“Asda Credit Card”), registered address 27 Old Gloucester St, Holborn, London, WC1N 3AX, United Kingdom (“Jaja”).
  2. By entering the 12 Days of Christmas 2023 promotion (“Promotion”) you agree to be bound by these Terms.
  3. The Promotion will run from 1 December 2023 until 25 December 2023 (“Promotion Period”).
  4. Jaja reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend these Terms or the Promotion at any time,
    1. if the Promotion is not able to or is likely to not be able to be conducted fairly or,
    2. if events beyond Jaja’s control impact for example the administration, the integrity or impartiality of the Promotion.
  5. Jaja’s decision is final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion, and no discussion or correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of any prize draw as part of the Promotion.
  6. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these Terms, or any abuse not in the spirit of the Promotion, Jaja may, at its sole discretion, refuse to accept an entry or re-allocate any prize won.
  7. You will not receive a prize if you break the terms of the credit agreement or if your account is or is due to be closed before the date, we issue any prize.
  8. The Promotion shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

2. Entry criteria

  1. Entrants must be a UK resident, aged 18 or over and be the Primary Cardholder of an open Asda Credit Card at the time of entry.
  2. Asda Credit Cardholders whose accounts were opened before 23.59 GMT on 25 November 2023 are eligible to take part in the Promotion.
  3. Employees (or relatives), and anyone (including Jaja’s agents and suppliers) connected with the Promotion are not eligible to enter.
  4. To enter each individual prize draw, cardholders:
    1. must press the prize draw link within an in-app message in their app or within a prize draw link within an email sent to them no later than 25 December 2023, and
    2. make at least one purchase on their Asda Credit Card during the Promotion Period.
  5. If a cardholder does not or cannot enter an individual prize draw (due to, for example, not logging into the app on a day when a prize draw is announced), the cardholder will not be eligible to win. Non entry for one individual prize draw does not impact the cardholder’s ability to enter another individual prize draw.
  6. Emails and push notifications to inform that a prize draw is available can only be sent to customers who have agreed to receive marketing communications from Jaja.
  7. Cash advances or balance transfers will not be considered as qualifying purchases. If purchases made during this period are not fully charged to your account during the Promotion Period you may not qualify for the prize draw.
  8. Entry into each prize draw is limited to one entry per person.
  9. All entrants into each prize draw will be notified of their entry by email, subject to Jaja holding a valid email and Jaja being able to deliver the email successfully to the entrant’s email account.

3. Prizes

  1. The winners of each prize will be notified by email no later than 8 January 2024. In the event Jaja cannot deliver the email successfully, winners will be notified by in app message.
  2. All prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable and there is no cash alternative in whole or in part.
  3. No entrant may win more than one prize draw during the Promotion. Entry into ‘Santa’s Winter Wheel’ does not count as entry into a prize draw
  4. Prize details are correct as at the start of the Promotion. Jaja reserves the right to substitute a prize for another of equal value if the original prize become unavailable.
  5. The prizes are as follows. As no entrant can win more than one prize, the prize winners will be drawn in the following order:
    1. 10 entrants to have £100 in Asda Pounds credited to their Asda balance in their Asda Money Credit Card app.
    2. 100 entrants to have £10 in Asda Pounds credited to their Asda balance in their Asda Money Credit Card app.
  6. Customers who interact with the ‘Santa’s Winter Wheel’ spinning wheel game could win:
    1. £1 in Asda Pounds credited to the Asda balance (found in the Asda Money Credit Card app) to a minimum of 150 customers who interact with the spinning wheel.
    2. £2 in Asda Pounds credited to the Asda balance (found in the Asda Money Credit Card app) to a minimum of 150 customers who interact with the spinning wheel.
    3. £5 in Asda Pounds credited to the Asda balance (found in the Asda Money Credit Card app) to a minimum of 65 customers who interact with the spinning wheel.
  7. All prizes will be awarded or delivered no later than 8 February 2024.

4. Winners

  1. The winner may be asked to participate in publicity (such as being filmed, photographed or interviewed) arising from this Promotion. The winner(s) may be asked to consent to their personal data being used for this purpose.
  2. The surname and county of the prize winners can be disclosed by emailing Information@jajafinance.com by 8 February 2024.

5. Other

  1. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms, and consent to the transfer of their personal data to any third party for the administration of the Promotion or administration of any prizes.
  2. The Promoter will only use entrants’ information for the purposes of the Promotion and in accordance with Jaja Finance’s Privacy policy. Please see https://money.asda.com/credit-cards/ for more information.
  3. Jaja and third parties engaged by Jaja, are not liable for failures in network, hardware or software by social media channels that cause data to be delayed or lost.
