A warm welcome to Post Office Credit Card customers’ whose accounts opened prior to 28 June 2019. Your Post Office Credit Card switched to Jaja on 3 October 2020.

We’re excited about being your new credit card provider, and will always strive to provide you with a seamless credit card service and experience. You will still be able to manage your credit card over the phone and pay at your local Post Office, but it’s even easier in the app.

What is my PIN?

If you've forgotten your PIN, you can view this in your mobile app or through the web servicing channel. Otherwise, please contact our Customer Services team.

How do I set up a Direct Debit?
This can be set up in your mobile app, through our website or by calling our Customer Service team.
I can’t log into the app. What should I do?
If you're having issues accessing your mobile app, you can always use our web servicing channel. Here you can view your transactions, make payments, view statements and much more. If you're having any other issues, please contact our Customer Services team.
How do I switch to e-statements?
If you wish to turn off paper statements, simply click Go paperless in the Card section of your mobile app or web servicing. Please note, the changes might take effect the following month if your statement for this month was already sent out to you.
What should I do if I can't find my card or it's been stolen?
If your card is missing or has been stolen, please inform our Customer Service team as soon as possible. If you wish to block or freeze your card, open your mobile app or web servicing and click the Freeze button within the Card section. While your card is frozen, you won't be able to spend using this card.
Can I make a payment through my mobile app?
Absolutely. You can set up a Direct Debit to make regular payments, or make an immediate debit card payment through your mobile app.
Can I use my card abroad?
Yes, you can use your card abroad. It'll be accepted worldwide. If you spot anything unusual whilst you're away, please contact our Customer Service team. For information about any charges for using your card abroad, please refer to your Terms and Conditions or the back of your statement.
Can I withdraw cash using my credit card?
Yes, you can withdraw cash using your credit card, however please be aware that a fee may apply. Please note that you will start to be charged interest daily on any cash you withdraw - from the date the withdrawal appears on your account until it is paid in full. You'll find all the information you need on the back of your monthly statement.
What can I do if I’m experiencing financial difficulties?
If you do get into financial difficulty, or are worried about your finances, it’s important that you let our Customer Service team know as soon as possible so they can take steps to help.
I don’t recognise a transaction on my account. What should I do?
If you see a transaction you don't recognise or you suspect fraud on your account, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible.
